Revo Line are innovative products on global market. Their novelty is about very advanced technology of rotating burning chamber. Apart from high burning efficiency reaching 99%, unique solution of so called rotating burner ensures permanent self-cleaning from after-burning ashes. Fast burning-up system was implemented in Revo Line. Similarly to X-Line, burning-up, cleaning, flame control and after-voltage-loss restart are automatic. Following fuels can be used: agripellets, low quality wooden pellets, oat and pits.

2m feeding screw

Burner works under fully automatical regime, from evaluation of heat supply need, fuel supply, electrical ignition, burning-up, burning, shutting-down, burning-out, cleaning and switching to the emergency regime.

Burner is set via buttons of the control panel, information about the operation regimes and adjusted values are indicated on the display.

Burner is cleaned automatically, after every burning out, or automatically ejects every 6 hours of operation.

Grate is cleaned by movement towards the scraper. Dirts like ash and eschars fall out of the opening of the grate.
