Combined gasification boilers for wood or lignite and pellets or extra light fuel oil (ELFO) The series of combined boilers ATMOS DC18SP(L), DC25SP(L), DC30SPX(L), DC32SP(L) enable to burn wood on the principle of generator gasification in combination with a burner for pellets (DCxxSP - code: H0048) or extra light fuel oil “ELFO“ (DCxxSPL). The boiler enables changing of fuels heating with wood and full automatic heating with pellets or extra light fuel oil (ELFO) depending on which burner is built into the boiler. If needed there is naturally the option to buy a boiler without a burner and select one later or to use a burner from the last boiler.
The boiler is constructed as a body of three chambers situated one above another. The two upper chambers serve for the gasification of the wood as you are familiar with from the classical gasification boilers that we produce as the standard. In the third lowest chamber is installed the required burner at the front and inlaid by ceramics to ensure the optimal quality of burning. Both the systems are separated by a water surface so that they do not interfere with each other and thanks to that the boiler achieves high efficacy when heating by the individual fuels. The combustion gases exhaustion is handled by one outlet and therefore only one chimney is needed.
The new combined boiler ATMOS C18SP and C25SP enable for ecological burning of lignite and wood as a spare fuel (firing up) on the principle of generator gasifying in combination with pellet burner - code: H0048.
The boiler is constructed as a body of three chambers situated one above another. The two upper chambers serve for the gasification of the lignite as you are familiar with from the classical gasification boilers that we produce as the standard (CxxS(T)). In the third lowest chamber is installed ATMOS A25 pellet burner. ?
Advatages of ATMOS boilers

  • possible combination of the individual types of fuel - fuels changing without modifications in the boiler wood + pellets, wood + ELFO (DCxxSP(X)L), lignite + pellets (CxxSP)
  • possible substitution of the individual burners - at any time it is
  • possible to choose a different fuel (pellets/heating oil)
  • high effectiveness in the individual fuels - for all practical purposes identical as in the special boilers for pellets or ELFO (up to 92.3% at the nominal output)
  • cheaper solution - adding the costs for the purchase of two boilers their installation and flue ducts (chimneys) we find that one boiler though more expensive is more economical
  • less built-up area compared to a greater number of boilers one chimney and flue duct
  • ecological operation in all the versions of heating - boiler class 5 (?SN EN 303-5), ECODESIGN 2015/1189 (DC25SP, DC30SPX, DC32SP, C18SP, C25SP)
  • boiler is equipped with feature of an automatic start-up of the pellet burner when all fuel (wood/lignite) is burnt out
